Not yet sold on any particular system? No problem, we’ll work with you to understand your organization’s needs and current resources to make a recommendation that may suit you best.

Depending on your business needs, we may need to connect a couple of systems together. That’s when our team likes to use Zapier to help make everything work together in one harmonious ecosystem.

We can work with you to evaluate your project’s timeline, resources, and budget. When budget is a constraint, we recommend identifying where we can have some “quick wins” and start with a Power Hour Consultation to work through those quick process improvements.

We could just build the processes and hand them over, but that approach builds a dependency on us as your system experts. Instead, we’ll be co-creating your newly optimized system together to meet your unique needs and develop expertise in your team to handle what may come down the line.
With that said, each team will be invited to a kick-off call, and then asked to invest a total of 3 hours of interactive sessions with our team to achieve our goals.

ClickUp is our preferred platform. We are ClickUp Verified Consultants and recognize the power in what the platform can offer you beyond just project management. Our second preferred option is Asana for it’s intuitive interface and the ability to simplify work management for teams.
